Dazard VIP Program
The Dazard VIP program is a seven-level loyalty system for registered players. Progress is based on eligible real-money activity, with additional benefits becoming available as you move through the levels.
Rewards can include free spins, cashback, reload offers and access to a personal VIP manager. The benefits attached to each level are different, so it is worth checking the current program terms before using a reward.
How the Dazard VIP Program Works
Eligible play earns loyalty progress on your account. Once the requirements for the next level are reached, the benefits associated with that tier become available according to the current VIP rules.
The program has seven levels:

- Bear – Level 2
- Bull – Level 3
- Fox – Level 4
- Wolf – Level 5
- Whale – Level 6

VIP Levels and Benefits
Level 1 – Lizard
The first level introduces the standard loyalty benefits. These can include a level-up reward, welcome offers and loyalty free spins.
Level 2 – Bear
Bear level adds further account offers, including reload bonuses and selected promotions. A level-up reward may also be available when the required progress is completed.
Level 3 – Bull
At Bull level, the program begins to include more individual account benefits. These can include free spins, cashback and access to a VIP manager.
Level 4 – Fox
Fox level includes a higher level-up reward, increased cashback opportunities and continued access to personal VIP support.
Level 5 – Wolf
Players reaching Wolf level can receive higher-value loyalty rewards together with premium cashback offers and a personal VIP manager.
Level 6 – Whale
Whale level is one of the higher tiers of the program. Benefits can include an increased level-up reward, dedicated VIP support and enhanced cashback.
Level 7 – Cheetah
Cheetah is the highest Dazard VIP level. It includes the top tier of loyalty benefits, priority VIP support and the maximum cashback conditions available within the program.
Cashback
Cashback may be available at selected VIP levels and is calculated according to the rules of the current loyalty offer. The applicable percentage, qualifying activity and wagering conditions can depend on the player’s level.
Any cashback credited to an account may be subject to separate turnover or withdrawal conditions. These should be reviewed before the reward is used.
VIP Manager
Personal VIP support becomes available at selected higher levels. A VIP manager can assist with account-related questions, available loyalty benefits and current VIP offers.
Access to a manager does not change the rules that apply to bonuses, payments, verification or withdrawals.
Level-Up Rewards
Individual levels can include a reward when the required progression is completed. Depending on the level, this may be provided as free spins, a cash-related bonus or another loyalty benefit.
Level-up rewards are subject to the terms displayed for the VIP program at the time they are issued.
